Paradigm Group Consultants, LLC. was founded in 1993 by Anthony K. Moore and has its headquarters in Philadelphia, PA with satellite offices in Atlanta, GA and Washington, D.C. Anthony was driven to share his passion and vision for helping his early clients understand, embrace and implement total quality management and business process improvement. Since then, the firm has grown to add additional capabilities that address the changing work environment and the diversity of its clients.
